Chameleon Cold-Brew Coconut Kahlua Latte Recipe

Our Cold Brew Coconut Kahlua Latte recipe, made with this classic coffee-flavored liqueur, adds a smooth, vanilla twist to our Espresso Cold Brew Coffee.
Make It
Step 1
Place Kahlua, milk, cream of coconut, cinnamon and sugar into pot over medium heat on stove for 5 – 7 minutes.

Step 2
Once hot, place mixture into blender. Blend on high for a few minutes to create frothiness.

Step 3
Heat two shots of Chameleon Cold-Brew.

Step 4
Pour milk mixture into two separate glasses. Top each with one shot of Chameleon Espresso Coffee.

While there can be specialty grade coffee that is not certified organic, there can also be certified organic coffee that is not specialty grade. Coffee we source at Chameleon is classified as "Organic Specialty," as it is both organic and specialty quality.

Why "Organic Specialty"?

We understand that sourcing only organic specialty coffee takes a lot of time and effort, particularly since it accounts for such a small percentage of global coffee production. We assume, however, that the best coffee not only tastes great, but it also does not add to the environmental harm caused by non-organic farming practices.

To address these issues, Chameleon Cold-Brew invests in their partners and supply chain to ensure that the farmers are well-treated and that there is a consistent supply of some of the world's best organic coffees. Chameleon is also supporting women-led cooperatives in Myanmar, as well as Indonesia and Peru in the near future, by co-funding organic certification for their coffee and ensuring that their communities benefit from higher-quality, organic coffee production.
