The method of making cold brew concentrate is simple after you've determined your optimum ratio. To begin, fill a large mixing basin halfway with water, then add your coffee grinds and whisk well to blend. You may use store-bought grinds or roughly crush your favorite beans for this.
After that, just cover the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. The steeping period, like the ratio, is entirely up to you. Your brew will become stronger and more bitter as it steeps longer! Starbucks, for example, steeps their cold brew for 20 hours. For my cold brew coffee concentration, I find that 14-18 hours works nicely.
