Brownie Heart: This delectable homage to love can turn any day into Valentine's Day. On a dessert dish, drizzle chocolate syrup and raspberry sauce. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut brownies and arrange one in the center of the platter. Piped whipped cream is used to decorate the heart.
Brownie Sandwich: Add handmade brownies to your ice cream sandwich to take it to the next level. Use two brownies or slice one horizontally, depending on the depth of the brownie. Soften your favorite ice cream flavor. Place half of the brownies on your work surface cut side up. On each, spread roughly a quarter cup of ice cream. Place the remaining brownies on top, cut side down, and gently press down. You may either leave them as is or roll them in chopped nuts, sprinkles, or crushed candies. Place the sandwiches on a cookie sheet wrapped in plastic wrap. Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes or until solid.
Super Brownie Sundae: On game day or any day, this sundae puts the crowds on their feet. Place one brownie square in a wide bowl. Top with one scoop of your favorite flavor of ice cream; vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip and coffee all make good choices, but feel free to experiment with a more daring combination, such as dulce de leche, green tea or cinnamon. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and sprinkle with Spanish peanuts.
Brownie Trifle: In a trifle bowl, layer brownie squares with prepared pudding, whipped cream, and berries. You may use any deep glass bowl or create individual parfaits in drinking glasses if you don't have a genuine trifle bowl tucked in the back of a cupboard.
Straight-Up Brownie: Cut a nice square and serve it with a glass of iced cold milk or hot gourmet coffee.
