In 2009, we began the process of converting our tumblers, mugs and water bottles to a new generation polymer. This conversion enables us to eliminate a step in the manufacturing process while upholding our quality standards. Furthermore, the new polymer contains no Bisphenol A. As of January 2011, we completed the transition of our entire line of Tervis tumblers, mugs, water bottles, wine glasses and sippy cups to this new generation polymer. We will continue to search for new ways to enhance our offering and will strive to maintain our level of excellence.

If at any time you run your drinkware through the dishwasher and there is a residue or haze, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. If the haziness does not go away, try using a very small amount of baking soda and a soft, wet cloth. Check for Microwave Safety on bottom of tumbler.

The double-wall insulation is made by inserting a liner inside an outer shell, creating a layer of air between them. The two liners are then permanently fused together. The insulation reduces condensation and keeps beverages hotter or colder longer than non-insulated cups and glasses.
